A program that shows you how to "put it all together" as a future missionary

Come learn the "why" and "how" of successful missionary preparation using a body, mind, and spirit approach. This hands-on Enhancement Series focuses you on beginning and succeeding in your Mission Preparation.

As we focus on preparing you for missionary service, our time together will also be invested in lifestyle education using an integrated approach for stress and anxiety reduction practices, personal goal setting and skill acquisition.

We'll help you get answers to questions like:

  • Where do I begin from where I am?

  • What will mission life look like for me?

  • How do I put it all together?

  • How can I incorporate body, mind and spirit into successful mission service?

Our Story

Jennifer and Patrick have years of experience coaching and teaching missionaries, both individually and in groups.  Currently, Jennifer engages in one on one coaching through her Integrated Health Coaching Practice. For several years Patrick has prepared prospective

missionaries for their upcoming service.  Together they host group trainings and Firesides, helping those interested in serving, better understand what mission life brings and how to optimally prepare for the rigors, challenges, and joys of a mission.

Their approach is that a successful missionary is prepared physically, mentally, socially, and spiritually. If there are unaddressed weaknesses in any of these four areas, they often permeate and affect even the healthy parts of a missionary’s being.  For instance, a missionary that is struggling mentally and emotionally, may end up feeling flat physically and even end up with physical ailments, as well as struggling spiritually.

Liasoning with the church’s publication Adjusting to Missionary Life, this principle-based approach focuses on the missionary, identifying areas the missionary feels need strengthening. Pivotal tools are then provided to help them be successful in their preparation and mission experience.
