The 7 step principles taught in our Lasting Foundational Wellness program are timeless and found in every country, culture and healing modality the world over. We have each come into contact with these principles numerous times, however, when we do, we tend to give them a nod rather than an embrace.

 

As the founder and lifestyle educator of Eden's Essence, Jennifer will teach you the “why” behind each principle. She will serve as a guide at your side to help you set S.M.A.R.T. goals for yourself, your organization or your family. By incorporating these principles 1 step at a time, you will witness the beauty of knowledge as it transitions into personal power, enabling you to make real and lasting progress on your journey to wellness.
